Global Limited Warranty

This limited warranty contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you as part of the terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time you purchase a Senopex product.

1. WARRANTY PERIODS

Senopex warrants the Senopex product against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with Senopex’s user manuals, technical specifications, and other Senopex Product published guidelines for a period of 1~3 years from the moment of initial purchase or from the manufacturing date if proof of purchase is not provided.

Any product that is repaired or replaced under warranty is covered for 180 calendar days from the date of return shipment by Senopex or for the remaining duration of the applicable warranty period, whichever is longer.

2. LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (d) to damage caused by operating the Senopex Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Senopex Product published guidelines; (e) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Senopex; (f) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Senopex Product; (h) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Senopex Product; Senopex warrants that all Products will conform to Senopex’s published product specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable Warranty Period.

the repair or replacement of defective products must be carried out in an authorized repair center by Senopex. Any unauthorized actions may invalidate the warranty. If the remedy is adjudicated to be insufficient, Senopex shall refund the customer’s paid purchase price and have no other obligation or liability to the buyer whatsoever.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Senopex makes no other warranty of any kind with respect to the products, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose Senopex further expressly disclaims any warranty coverage where the alleged nonconformity is due to normal wear and tear, dropped or has marks of mechanical or chemical, modified or tampered with by unauthorized repair, damaged as a result of fire or natural disasters, damaged as a result of liquids or other substances getting inside, modified the serial number of the device, etc.

4. REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

Please contact an Authorized Dealer representative, and they will help determine whether your Senopex Product requires service and, if it does, will inform you in which of the warranty service options set out Senopex will provide it.
Before receiving warranty service, Senopex or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues, and follow Senopex’s procedures for obtaining warranty service, such as following instructions for packing and shipping Senopex Products when receiving Mail-in service. The shipping fee to Senopex would be borne by Senopex that Senopex repairs or replaces under warranty.

Senopex reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned Product is covered under warranty. If Senopex determines that any returned Product is not covered under warranty or is otherwise excluded from warranty coverage, Senopex may charge Customer a reasonable handling fee and return the Product to the Customer, at the Customer’s expense, or offer the Customer the option of handling the Product as a non-warranty return.

5.NON-WARRANTY RETURN

Customer may request that Senopex evaluate and service or repair a Product not covered under warranty. In this case, RMA is required as well. Please visit https://www.senopex.com/rma-form/ to obtain RMA. the reasonable cost of the evaluation, the cost of any repairs or services authorized by the Customer, and the cost of repackaging and returning the Product to the Customer the above costs would have to be borne by the customer Any non-warranty repair of a Product is warranted for 180 calendar days from the date of return shipment by Senopex to be free from defects in materials and workmanship only, subject to all of the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in this document.
